Mitisha is proficient with a variegated background and a remarkable nine years of experience across multiple disciplines. With a strong focus on the insurance Industry as an inhouse-counsel for the past seven years, she has comprehensive knowledge and a detailed understanding of the legal, regulatory, and commercial issues faced by the insurance industry in India.

She is regularly involved in providing strategic advice regarding interpretational issues, corporate transactions, compliance, and regulatory matters for global and Indian insurers, reinsurers, and intermediaries, private equity investors, insurance start-ups on a range of non-contentious matters.

Mitisha matriculated with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa with her LLB degree from Rizvi Law College, Mumbai.
