Eesha advises clients across various sectors with their general corporate business requirements as well as assisting and advising clients in establishing a presence in India within the education space, be it primary, secondary and/or higher education. She expertise varies across regulatory matters pertaining to the Education sector, structuring their strategic entry, and establishing a formal presence of K-12 schools, setting up of international branch campus(es) or offshore education centres of foreign universities and higher educational centres in India. She also advises clients in securing regulatory approvals for their foreign investments into India.

She has completed her LLM from National Law University, Jodhpur and B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad.

Her skill sets include a deep transactional understanding as well as significant sector expertise across various sectors as diverse as education, information technology, insurance and pharmaceutical.
