Agrima is a Senior Associate at Consortia Legal and is a part of corporate and transaction advisory (equity and debt) practices at the firm.

Agrima focuses on private equity, venture capital, corporate and mergers and acquisitions deals. She holds extensive experience in the transactions in the venture capital, private equity and mergers and acquisitions space, and represents venture capital and private equity funds as well as companies and founders on investments and equity and debt fundraisings, acting as both investor counsel as well as company counsel.

Agrima regularly advices Indian and foreign clients on general corporate matters including exchange control matters, due diligence, entry and exit strategies and joint venture arrangements. She also advises clients on data protection and privacy related issues.

Her skill sets include a deep transactional understanding as well as significant sector expertise across various sectors as diverse as education, information technology, insurance and pharmaceutical.

Agrima completed her B.B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad.
