Nidhi Agarwal is a Senior Associate at Consortia Legal and a key member of the firm’s corporate, commercial, transaction advisory, insurance, funds, IFSC, and data protection practices.

Based in Mumbai, she advises domestic and international clients across a broad range of industries on corporate and commercial transactions, strategic investments, joint ventures, business restructurings, regulatory compliance, and complex cross-border matters. Her practice is focused on providing practical and commercially driven legal solutions, assisting clients through the entire lifecycle of transactions—from structuring and due diligence to documentation, negotiations, and closing.

Nidhi has significant expertise in corporate and commercial advisory, including entity formation, shareholder and investment arrangements, business transfers, and commercial contracting. She regularly advises on the structuring and execution of strategic transactions, with particular experience in the insurance and financial services sectors.

She also has extensive experience advising on regulatory frameworks applicable to entities operating in the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC), including Funds, finance companies, and other regulated financial institutions.

Nidhi is actively involved in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, transaction documents, shareholder arrangements, service agreements, supporting clients in achieving their strategic and commercial objectives.

She holds an LL.B. from Rizvi Law College and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Mithibai College, both affiliated with Mumbai University.
