Mitisha Virani

Mitisha is an Associate Partner at Consortia Legal and a member of the firm's Insurance, Dispute and IFSC practice.

With over eleven years of experience, including in-house roles in the insurance sector, she advises on contentious and non-contentious insurance matters, claims, regulatory issues and dispute resolution.

She has extensive experience representing clients before judicial and regulatory forums and advising on corporate governance, compliance and risk management.

Mitisha holds an LL.B. from Rizvi Law College, Mumbai and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
