Nidhi Agarwal is a Senior Associate at Consortia Legal and a key member of the firm’s general corporate, transaction advisory, insurance, IFSC, and data protection practice teams.

Based in Mumbai, she advises clients across various sectors on domestic and cross-border transactions and complex corporate matters.

Her areas of expertise include general corporate and commercial advisory, regulatory compliance, and transaction structuring. Nidhi regularly assists clients on strategic investments, joint ventures, and restructuring transactions, with a particular focus on the insurance and financial services sector.

She has considerable experience advising on regulatory frameworks applicable to IFSC entities such as AIFs and finance companies, corporate governance requirements, and data protection and privacy compliances. Nidhi is also actively involved in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and transaction documents, supporting clients through every stage of the deal.

She holds an LL.B. from Rizvi Law College and a B.Com from Mithibai College, both affiliated with Mumbai University.
